About

I believe the best AI systems
start with understanding people.

  • How Users Work
  • Where Friction is
  • What drives Outcomes

I work at the intersection of forward-deployed engineering, technical product thinking, and enterprise AI execution. Over the last 5+ years, I have worked across industries, functions, and countries — telecom GTM in India, data operations in Tokyo, and human-centered design and enterprise AI automation in the United States.

My approach is grounded in the field. I spend time with stakeholders, study the user workflows, and identify where time, effort, or accuracy is being lost. From there, I work closely with business and engineering teams to shape the right solution.

I have shipped end-to-end enterprise AI automation solutions. I built a customs broker automation system that took a 45-minute manual process down to 2 minutes in production within three weeks, with process owners trained to QA and improve it over time. I have also built operational tools such as a pallet calculation and trailer loading system that reduced manual effort, lowered error rates, and helped a lean team scale without adding headcount.

I am comfortable stepping into unfamiliar environments and finding the signal quickly. My strength is systems thinking under constraints — bringing the right people together, making sound tradeoffs, and moving a system from ambiguity to adoption.
