About
I believe the best AI systems
start with understanding people.
I am a forward-deployed AI consultant who builds enterprise AI systems and automation tools. My approach is simple: before writing any code, I talk to the people who will use the system. I watch how they work, understand their workarounds, and design solutions that fit their actual workflows — not their documented ones.
Currently, I work as an Enterprise AI Automation Consultant at Ergomotion, Inc. in California, where I have shipped automation systems that reduced manual processing time by 95%. I am also a Research Associate at the Don Norman Design Award, building tools to support their application review process.
Before this:
- Founded the AI Club at Thunderbird/ASU — scaled to 300+ members, designed AI curriculum covering LLMs, RAG, and agent orchestration
- Organized ASU's first AI conference — bringing together researchers, students, and industry practitioners
- Community Lead, StartupGrind Tokyo — grew to 10,000+ active members with regular events, speaker series, and startup showcases
